You Authorize Pet Doodie to provide service to your property and allow Pet Doodie on your property once a service is set up. This includes access to the yard, front and back. You understand that dogs (if aggressive) must be put away for waste clean up, if not, clean up can be skipped with NO credit provided. If access to the yard is blocked, gates locked, gates broken, if we cannot access the yard due to mud/water, there is no credit or refund provided if service cannot be completed. Pet Doodie and its employees are not responsible for damaged gates, fences, grass, etc, when service is provided. Home/pet owners are responsible for any aggressive behavior of dogs. You understand weather can delay or cancel clean up services, you will be notified by email for this reason. If canceled because of weather, the draft will still take place as we will be picking up the accumulated doodie on your next visit. You agree to payment being made for all services performed. Either party can cancel services at anytime without reason. If service is canceled and service has been performed before payment, payment will be billed immediately with card on file. All clients must sign up for our Auto Pay program.
